TerraVest buys heating and cooling products provider ECR International

TerraVest Industries has acquired ECR International, a New York-based privately owned manufacturing company that produces heating and cooling products.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

ECR International sells its products under Dunkirk, Olsen, Utica, and other brands in North America.

TerraVest Industries, on the other hand, manufactures home heating products, anhydrous ammonia (NH3), propane, natural gas liquids (NGL), transport vehicles and storage vessels, fiberglass storage tanks, and energy processing equipment.
