Tech24 acquires commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment repair firm TEMCO

HCI Equity Partners-backed Tech24 has acquired TEMCO, a Mississippi-based provider of repair and maintenance services for commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment, for an undisclosed price.

Based in South Carolina, Tech24 provides repair and maintenance services for foodservice and commercial HVAC equipment across the US.

TEMCO is the ninth add-on acquisition for Tech24 in the foodservice repair and maintenance market. The former focuses largely on hot and cold side equipment services to customers across Jackson and the Gulf Coast area.

Dan Rodstrom — Tech24 CEO said: “The combination of our companies allows us to enter the rapidly growing Southeastern market and extend our well-known services to a broader set of customers. We look forward to working with Duane Griffin, Mike Reed and the entire TEMCO organization.”

Through the acquisition, Tech24 expands geographically to the Southeast, while gaining new talent and increased exposure to attractive customers.
