Tech Mahindra said that it has been engaged by StarHub, a Singapore-based provider of communications, entertainment, and digital services, for the latter’s digital transformation to improve customer offerings.
The Indian software company is working with StarHub in modernizing its operations for customer-facing systems and processes to make user journeys easier as well as to boost both IT operational efficiency and customer experiences.
Tech Mahindra said that the partnership has enabled StarHub to launch product offers and business updates faster to launch a secure and flexible platform to ensure the future of its investments and speed up innovations that are based on cloud native concepts.
As part of this collaboration, Tech Mahindra has been working closely with its technology partners, including CompaxDigital, MATRIXX Software, and Dreamcloud to offer digital solutions and services in support of StarHub’s DARE+ strategy, a process that started with a renewed emphasis on the customer experience.

The newly designed solution features StarHub App, a one-stop store for the customers of StarHub’s requirements to research, buy services, pay for and manage new and existing services through a single app.
The StarHub app is powered by a microservices-based Digital BSS suite and modern technology for converged charging. The app also integrates using an artificial intelligence (AI)-friendly chatbot, which offers offline support on any customer journey.
