Infosys Compaz roped in by Singapore’s StarHub to drive IT transformation

Infosys Compaz has been engaged by Singapore-based info-communications provider StarHub to drive the IT transformation of the latter.

The joint venture between Infosys and Temasek will also help StarHub in bolstering its technology operations, cybersecurity, and management of services.

Through the engagement, Infosys Compaz is expected to increase the quality, performance, responsiveness, availability, and cost efficiency of the Singaporean firm’s foundational technology platform, while enhancing customer satisfaction and lessening cyber risks.

Infosys Compaz will collaborate with StarHub for implementing large-scale IT operations management projects, while offering robust digital capabilities, depth of solutions, strong cybersecurity, and the ability to bring in business innovation with the help of Infosys Cobalt.

As part of the partnership, StarHub will be helped by Infosys Compaz to improve its sourcing strategy for IT services, to support its evolving business requirements while setting up a variable cost structure.

Apart from that, Infosys Compaz will work along with StarHub for restructuring the latter’s service management and governance models to enhance control and delivery management while updating its security infrastructure to sustain high security levels.
