TCS partners with Munch Museum to create AI-enhanced art experiences

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has embarked on a partnership with the Munch Museum (MUNCH) in Oslo to transform the way visitors interact with art. Leveraging AI and Machine Learning (ML), TCS will create immersive drawing experiences to bring the artworks of Edvard Munch, the renowned Norwegian artist, to life digitally.

TCS and MUNCH aim to design and develop groundbreaking AI and ML technologies connected to the museum’s database of approximately 7,000 original drawings. The project’s goal is to honor Munch’s innovative spirit by engaging new audiences with his artistry. TCS will also provide IT consultancy, workshops, and talent exchanges to enhance the museum experience.
