Typhoon Dolphin forces Japan evacuations and 500 flight cancellations as battered Kumamoto faces new threat
Japan has ordered nearly 260,000 people in Kagoshima and Okinawa to evacuate as Typhoon Dolphin approaches with gusts reaching 198 kilometres per hour, forcing more than 500 flight cancellations and suspending production at nine Toyota factories.
