South Korea's HanAll F&B has filed a patent application for a rice noodle manufacturing method designed to improve noodle separation and reduce dependence on specific rice varieties. The technology follows three years of development involving approximately six tonnes of rice flour and could support future rice pasta and cold noodle products, although commercial-scale performance remains unproven.
