C.H. Robinson is buying RXO in a $5.8 billion stock-and-cash transaction that would create a logistics group worth more than $25 billion. The buyer’s shares fell sharply as the market weighed new debt, paused repurchases and ambitious synergy assumptions against a much larger North American freight network.
