Bodycote’s aerospace revenue is accelerating just as Veritas takes the company private for £1.85bn
Veritas Capital has beaten CVC to secure Bodycote’s board backing with a £1.85 billion enterprise-value offer. The price is roughly 10 times 2025 adjusted EBITDA and comes as aerospace and defence revenue accelerates, turning the take-private into another test of whether London-listed industrial companies are being acquired before their strategic improvement is fully reflected in public valuations.
