UPS reshapes leadership after Amazon delivery pullback and $3bn cost overhaul
UPS has promoted Nando Cesarone, Matt Guffey and Wilfredo Ramos into expanded leadership roles as it launches a new global operating model following completion of its Amazon volume glide-down, 45 facility closures and a restructuring expected to generate about $3 billion of benefits in 2026.
