UFlex opens $126m Egypt aseptic plant as global capacity reaches 24bn packs
UFlex has inaugurated a $126 million Asepto facility at Ain Sokhna in Egypt with eventual annual capacity of 12 billion aseptic packs, giving the Indian packaging group a second major manufacturing base and a shorter route into Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas.
UFlex shares jump 26% after Q1 as overseas operations drive 91% of incremental EBITDA
UFlex Limited posted a 630% Q1 FY27 profit jump and its highest EBITDA margin in 21 quarters, but the deeper story is geographic. Overseas operations generated about 91% of incremental EBITDA while net debt remained ₹8,588 crore.
