Glencore deepens Abcourt exposure with US$40m debt and six-year gold offtake
Abcourt Mines has closed a US$10 million increase to its Glencore financing, taking the senior secured debenture to US$40 million and accelerating capital into Sleeping Giant and Flordin. The deal replaces a US$12 million Nebari facility with cheaper secured funding while issuing Glencore almost 47 million long-dated warrants.
