Share India Securities Limited, an Indian brokerage firm, said that it has completed the acquisition of a 63.5% in Utrade Solutions Private Limited for a sum of INR 13.684 crores.

Post completion of the deal, Utrade Solutions Private Limited has become a subsidiary of Share India Securities Limited.

The shareholding structure of Share India Securities Limited holding 63.5% and other shareholders owning 36.5% of the equity share capital of Utrade Solutions Private Limited.
