Samsung unveils Galaxy M34 5G : Next-gen photography and Super AMOLED display
Electronics giant Samsung has unveiled the latest addition to its successful Galaxy M series – the Galaxy M34 5G in India.
The new smartphone seeks to revolutionize mobile photography with its 50MP (OIS) No Shake Camera, and provide an enhanced viewing experience through its 120Hz Super AMOLED display and an industry-leading 6000mAh battery.
Featuring a 6.5” Full HD+ Super AMOLED display, the Galaxy M34 5G ensures an immersive viewing experience. Its peak brightness of 1000 nits and Vision Booster technology allow users to comfortably enjoy content even under bright sunlight. With the 120Hz refresh rate, Gen-Z and millennial users can enjoy a lag-free experience when scrolling through their social media feeds. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 5.
The Galaxy M34 5G boasts a 50MP (OIS) No Shake Camera for high-resolution, shake-free photography, effectively eliminating blurriness caused by hand tremors or accidental shakes. The camera setup includes an 8MP 120-degree Ultrawide lens and a 13MP front camera for high-quality selfies. The phone’s unique Monster Shot 2.0 feature enables users to capture up to 4 videos and 4 photos in one shot, further elevating the photography experience.

According to Samsung, the Galaxy M34 5G comes with a segment-leading 6000mAh battery, offering long-lasting battery life for extended browsing, gaming, and streaming sessions. The phone also supports 25W fast charging.
The smartphone is powered by the 5nm-based Exynos 1280 chipset, providing fast and power-efficient performance. The 5G connectivity ensures faster downloads, smooth streaming, and seamless browsing.
Samsung has included a variety of additional Galaxy features in the M34 5G. Notably, the Voice Focus feature reduces background noise during calls, ensuring clear communication. The device also offers immersive audio capabilities powered by Dolby Atmos. Samsung is also committed to offering four generations of OS updates and up to five years of security updates.
The Galaxy M34 5G will be available in Midnight Blue, Prism Silver, and Waterfall Blue. It will go on sale on July 15, 2023, on Amazon, Samsung.com, and select retail stores. Introductory prices are INR 16999 for the 6+128GB variant and INR 18999 for the 8+128GB variant with select bank cards. Customers can also avail of 9 Month No Cost EMI offers.
