Safelite Group acquires Michigan-based auto glass shop Troy Auto Glass

Safelite Group, a US-based vehicle glass services and recalibration company, has acquired the assets of Troy Auto Glass for an undisclosed price.

Based in Troy, Michigan, Troy Auto Glass is an auto glass shop, which has been operating since 1962.

Safelite Group, which owns the Safelite AutoGlass, claimed that Troy Auto Glass will make use of its operational systems, advanced safety system expertise (recalibrations), distribution network, purchasing power across the world, and robust insurance and commercial relationships.

Based in Columbus, Ohio, Safelite Group is engaged in providing vehicle glass repair, replacement, and recalibration services.
