RITES Ltd. inks MoU with CFM Angola to develop railway infrastructure

In a significant move to enhance international rail infrastructure, RITES Limited, a leading transport infrastructure consultancy and engineering firm, announced today the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Caminho De Ferro De Moçâmedes (CFM) Angola. The MoU paves the way for joint ventures in Railway Infrastructure Projects, including the supply of rolling stock.

The comprehensive MoU spells out various areas for collaboration between RITES Limited and CFM Angola. The agreement will extend to the supply of Rolling Stock, repairing of rolling stock, operations and maintenance of railway infrastructure, Information Technology services, Technical Maintenance, and Master Planning. This multi-faceted partnership aligns with RITES Limited’s strategic initiative known as ‘RITES Videsh’.
