Real Estate Insurance Solutions acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher
Global insurance brokerage Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired Real Estate Insurance Solutions, based in Park City, Utah.
The financial terms of the deal were not revealed.
Real Estate Insurance Solutions, which was established in 2004, provides real estate errors and omissions insurance/cyber liability.
The company caters to residential and commercial real estate brokers and agents, appraisers, business brokers, title insurance agents, home inspectors, leasing agents, mortgage brokers, and property managers across 32 US states.
According to Arthur J. Gallagher, Chris Nangle, the owner of Real Estate Insurance Solutions, and his associates will be based at their current location and work under the direction of Kevin Garvin, who is the head of Gallagher Affinity.
