Previously, as a foundational team member at UGRO Capital, Khurana was instrumental in scaling the people function, establishing cultural values, and implementing policy frameworks. She played a significant role in expanding the organization to 45 branches with over 500 employees. As UGRO Capital now operates across 105 branches with over 2000 employees, her return is timely, coinciding with the company’s plans to add 75 more branches in the coming quarter.
