During his address, Vladimir Putin unreservedly condemned the revolt’s organizers for their criminal acts designed to weaken the country amid mounting external threats. He underscored that despite the intentions of these organizers, an armed rebellion was destined for suppression. The Russian President also highlighted the hefty price borne by the country, with brave soldiers losing their lives on the front lines in the face of unprecedented external pressures.

In his criticism of ‘Russia’s enemies’, namely and Western nations, Vladimir Putin expressed his disdain for their apparent wish to incite Russian soldiers against one another. He contended that these external forces, including neo-Nazis in and national traitors, desired a scenario of fratricide.

The President also extended his gratitude towards the Wagner mercenary fighters and their commanders who chose not to engage in bloodshed. He ensured his promise to them would be fulfilled, highlighting the importance of their decisions for the future of Russia.
