PDS Limited subsidiary Poetic Brands signs licensing deal for Forever 21

PDS Limited, an Indian consumer-driven manufacturing and sourcing company, said that its UK-based subsidiary Poetic Brands has signed a license agreement with the Authentic Brands Group (ABG) for the Forever 21 fashion clothing brand.

Under the agreement, Poetic Brands will hold the rights for manufacturing, marketing, and distributing Forever 21 products in the UK and European regions, including Germany, Spain, France, and Switzerland among others.

According to PDS Limited, Poetic Brands will steer the growth of the Forever 21 brand across categories such as womenswear, kids wear, menswear, swimwear, athleisure, and fashion accessories.

Poetic Brands will distribute Forever 21 brand via full‐price retailers and well-known e‐commerce platforms across the UK and the European Union (EU).

Furthermore, Poetic Brands has the scope to create Forever 21 shop‐in‐shops.
