OneDigital acquires employee benefits company Beneflex Insurance Services

Insurance acquisition news : OneDigital Health and Benefits, a US employee benefits company, has acquired California-based employee benefits agency Beneflex Insurance Services for an undisclosed price to expand its presence in southern California.

Headquartered in Santa Barbara, Beneflex Insurance Services offers a range of employee health and welfare benefit plans and also expertise in compliance, human resources support and innovation cost control solutions. The employee benefits agency is said to work with clients from various industries to offer superior quality in focused subjects of expertise.

Owing to the acquisition by OneDigital Health and Benefits, the clients of Beneflex Insurance Services get access to compliance support such as ERISA Counsel, improved claim analysis along with actuarial services and technology.
