The strategic location of Lake Pointe is expected to be one of its major selling points. Positioned only twenty miles south of Washington, D.C., in Prince William County, it is close to the Beltway for commutes to major regional employers. Besides, residents will enjoy proximity to the retail and dining options at Potomac Mills and medical services at the new Kaiser Permanente medical center hub.

Lake Pointe’s design has taken into account post-pandemic trends, featuring larger units, floorplans with dens, work-from-home facilities, and private telecommuting locations on-site. It will also provide a fitness center, a swimming pool, parking garages, and a dog park and spa. The completion of the first units is anticipated for 2025.
