NRP Group, Angelo Gordon break ground on Lake Pointe Apartments in Woodbridge, Virginia

The NRP Group, a top-tier developer, builder, and manager of multifamily housing, in collaboration with esteemed real estate investor Angelo Gordon, announced the commencement of Lake Pointe. Located in Woodbridge, Virginia, this market-rate apartment community is expected to bring a new living experience to the area. The 15-acre project site will metamorphose into five four- and five-story buildings, encompassing 355 units.

The collaboration between The NRP Group and Angelo Gordon, for this venture, is the second of its kind, with Santander Bank providing a construction loan for the project. “We’re incredibly excited to break ground on Lake Pointe and work in partnership with Angelo Gordon and Santander Bank,” expressed The NRP Group’s Senior Vice President of Development, Josh Wooldridge.

Besides, residents will enjoy proximity to the retail and dining options at Potomac Mills and medical services at the new Kaiser Permanente medical center hub.

Lake Pointe’s design has taken into account post-pandemic trends, featuring larger units, floorplans with dens, work-from-home facilities, and private telecommuting locations on-site.
