North Highland acquires supply chain and distribution consultant LogistiPoint Consulting

North Highland, a change and transformation consulting firm, has acquired LogistiPoint Consulting, Atlanta-based retail supply chain and distribution consulting firm that enables clients to achieve substantial results in logistics and distribution operations.

The financial terms of the deal were not revealed.

Established in 2009, LogistiPoint Consulting provides a supply chain consulting approach to retail and consumer product companies that is said to combine visionary skills and analytical thinking with a collaborative implementation process.

North Highland said that the acquisition of LogistiPoint Consulting further bolsters its strategy offering across several major industries and sectors such as retail, distribution, supply chain management, and also operational efficiency.

LogistiPoint and North Highland’s offerings are said to seamlessly combine with the former’s engineering expertise, tools , and proprietary data paired with the latter’s capabilities to create a comprehensive supply chain program for clients.
