NFP acquires Texan employee benefits broker EFG&M Management

NFP, a US insurance broker, which offers property and casualty (P&C), corporate benefits, retirement, and individual solutions, has acquired EFG&M Management for an undisclosed price.

Located in the Austin Metroplex, EFG&M Management is an employee benefits broker that caters to employers across central Texas.

With more than three decades of experience supporting employers in the region, the employee benefits broker is expected to help NFP in expanding its footprint in a diverse and growing area.

Don Eddleman and Carl Feuerbacher, co-founders of EFG&M Management will join NFP as vice presidents.

Don Eddleman and Carl Feuerbacher will report to Kevin Brown, who is the managing director of retail sales and distribution operations of NFP in central Texas.
