In addition, AI agents, via live avatar chats, will leverage CRM data to provide instant solutions for customer queries, enhancing customer satisfaction and support efficiency.

The collaboration will further enhance AI capabilities by speeding up processing in Salesforce Data Cloud, which harmonises structured and unstructured customer data in real time.
