Mercury Laboratories appoints Ashish Vasavada as CFO

Mercury Laboratories Limited, an Indian pharmaceutical manufacturing, formulating and marketing company, said that its board has sanctioned the appointment of Ashish Vasavada as its new chief financial officer (CFO).

The appointment will come into effect from today.

Ashish Vasavada is a chartered accountant by qualification. He had also done cost and management accountant, Master of Financial Management and Bachelor of Commerce.

The new CFO of Mercury Laboratories Limited is said to have experience of over 20 years working in different industries. Besides, he is claimed to be experienced in the areas of accounts and finance, business operations and internal control, costing, commercial, working capital and cash flow management, project execution and contract management, performance reporting, and financial analysis.

Separately, Mercury Laboratories Limited reported net sales of INR 1,347.3 lakhs for the quarter ended 30 September 2021. The company’s net profit for the reported three months is INR 96.4 lakhs.
