Questioning the central government’s lack of intervention in Manipur where ethnic clashes have claimed over 160 lives, Mamata Banerjee compared the situation to West Bengal’s panchayat polls, which saw numerous central teams deployed. She further expressed solidarity with the Manipur people and affirmed the opposition alliance’s commitment to ousting the BJP.
