A research work revealed that laughter is the best way to lose weight.
Reasons for losing calories by laughing:
During the laugh the heart beats faster increases the blood flow. The researches concluded that an hour’s laughter can burn 100-120 calories equal to 15-20 minutes walking, 18-27 minute weight lifting, or 40 minutes vacuuming.
Therefore they concluded to laugh for one hour a day and loose 1-2 pounds weight in a month.
