L.L.Bean to deploy Aptos’ customer engagement solutions

Omni-channel retailer L.L.Bean has selected Aptos’ customer engagement solutions, which includes solutions for point of sale, mobile store selling and enterprise order management to connect the brand’s channels and touchpoints for better customer experience.

The move forms part of L.L.Bean’s transformational journey to unify and modernize its retail technology foundation.

Aptos’ point of sale solution is expected to help L.L.Bean empower associates with the information they need to serve customers and increase sales through an enterprise view of customers, inventory and orders.

L.L.Bean associates can engage shoppers well beyond the cash wrap, including throughout the store and during pop-up events with microservices-based SaaS platform Aptos ONE Store Commerce, a mobile selling application.
