KIMS Hospitals increases stake in Sunshine Hospital to 56.6%
Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS Hospitals) said that it has acquired an additional stake of 5.53% in Sarvejana Healthcare Private Limited (operating as Sunshine Hospital) at INR 340 per equity share in cash.
With the latest equity investment, KIMS Hospitals has increased its stake in Sarvejana Healthcare to 56.61%.
KIMS Hospitals said that the total investment it has made in Sunshine Hospital so far is INR 36.51 crores.

Started in 2009 by Dr. A.V. Gurava Reddy, Sunshine Hospital is located in Hyderabad and is claimed to be the second-largest joint replacement center in South East Asia.
