Inszone Insurance Services acquires Global Pro Insurance Services

Inszone Insurance Services, a California-based insurance agency, has acquired Global Pro Insurance Services, which has has been engaged in property and casualty insurance services since the 1990s in the Bay Area.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Global Pro Insurance Services has been serving both individuals and businesses. The deal marks the 12th acquisition for Inszone Insurance Services on the US west coast in line with its strategy to broaden its national presence.

The insurance agency, which provides personal and commercial lines insurance, expects to make and wrap up several major transactions in the upcoming months.

Following the deal, employees of Global Pro Insurance Services will continue to operate from the company’s existing location in Pleasanton, headed by James Choe.
