It will also allows brands to design curated D2C journeys that can launch in a matter of weeks.
The Infosys Equinox-powered cloud-native D2C platform will combine the best of Packable and Infosys for brands in the form of Packable IQ along with the end-to-end commerce-as-a-service of Infosys Equinox for enterprises, to power results throughout the buying lifecycle.
The solution will provide an inventory of complementary and comprehensive services that can be integrated easily into existing core systems as well as new platforms to provide headless commerce capabilities alongside real-time analytics and insights that are available upon demand.
The D2C platform will also give brands the latest technological advancements such as chat-based commerce, augmented reality, voice and social commerce, which will allow brands to interact with customers via rich and hyper-customized experiences.
