Infosys, in collaboration with SAP, has launched the Leads and Proposals Solution, a cloud-native business-to-business (B2B) offering, for the professional services industry.
The Leads and Proposals Solution offered by Infosys is said to be a modular, industry-specific solution, which will be available on SAP Industry Cloud.
A part of Infosys Cobalt, the B2B solution makes use of predictive analytics, the SAP Analytics Cloud solution, and the SAP Conversational AI service, which are integrated with SAP S/4HANA Cloud to bring in innovation in the professional services sector.
The Infosys Leads and Proposals Solution is built on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). It is designed to offer an intuitive approach for enterprises in lead tracking, converting opportunities, enabling lead nurturing, and managing pursuit cycles in an efficient manner.
According to the Indian IT services provider, the holistic solution comes with a configurable dashboard to improve visibility into conversion of leads, new clients, and the win/loss ratio.

Infosys Leads and Proposals Solution aims to help in driving lesser analysis and reporting costs courtesy of automated dashboards and KPIs, higher delivery quality, lesser unstaffed engagements, fast tracked lead conversion, improvement in revenue growth, decrease in missed opportunities, enhanced focus on opportunities, and reduction in operational overhead for partners.

Recently, Infosys had entered into a collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for developing quantum computing capabilities and use cases.
