IndusInd Bank opens 15th branch in Nagpur, expands presence in Maharashtra

IndusInd Bank, an Indian financial institution, has inaugurated its 15th branch in Nagpur, located at Gandhi Putla.

The expansion into Nagpur is part of the bank’s growth strategy, as Nagpur is recognized as one of its 17 focused home markets. The inauguration ceremony of the IndusInd Bank branch in Gandhi Putla was graced by the presence of Minister for Road Transport & Highways in the Government of India, Nitin Gadkari, along with senior officials of IndusInd Bank.

The newly opened IndusInd Bank branch in Gandhi Putla will offer a comprehensive range of banking services to cater to the diverse needs of customers. Services include Savings and Current accounts, Loan products, Wealth Management services, and Credit cards. Additionally, customers will have access to innovative facilities such as ‘Video Branch’, ‘My Account, My Number’, ‘Choice Money ATM’, ‘Direct Connect’, ‘Check on Cheque’, ‘Cash on Mobile’, and ‘Fingerprint’ banking.

With the addition of the Nagpur branch, IndusInd Bank expands its network to a total of 250 branches across Maharashtra, solidifying its presence in the region. Across India, the bank boasts an extensive network of 2,606 Branches/Banking Outlets as of March 31st, 2023.

The bank’s total deposits as of the same date amounted to INR 3,36,120 crores, with advances reaching INR 2,89,924 crores. Notably, consumer banking contributes 54% to the bank’s advances, with vehicle finance accounting for 26% and Micro Finance for 11%.

IndusInd Bank serves its large customer base through a multi-channel delivery network that includes branches, ATMs, call centers, and internet banking.
