Indian Hume Pipe gets Rs 257cr order from Madurai City Municipal Corp
The Indian Hume Pipe Co. Ltd said that it has been issued the letter of acceptance for the work of around INR 257.6 crores from Madurai City Municipal Corporation in Tamil Nadu.
According to the Mumbai-based concrete pipe manufacturing company, the work order is for dedicated water supply scheme for the corporation. It calls for the construction of distribution network system (DI & HDPE), house service connections and instrumentation for Madurai City Municipal Corporation Added Area-Package-4.
Indian Hume Pipe said that the project is to be executed within 36 months and that an agreement will be finalized in due course.
