Huron Capital Partners said that its insurance brokerage platform High Street Insurance Partners (HSIP) has acquired Badge Agency for an undisclosed price.

Badge Agency is a multi-line insurance agency, which was established in 1968 and based in Woodbury, New York.

The insurance agency is engaged in writing business, homeowners, automobile, life and health insurance.

Badge Agency is said to have expertise in catering to private schools, technology, manufacturing, and real estate clients.

“Moving forward with HSIP ensures that we maintain this momentum as we continue to grow and thrive in our communities, providing the service levels our dedicated customers have come to know and expect.”

Michael Ventura will report to Jim Kerin, who is the Agency President of High Street Insurance Partners backed Millennium Alliance Group based in Melville, New York.
