Huron Capital’s High Street Insurance Partners acquires Badge Agency

Huron Capital Partners said that its insurance brokerage platform High Street Insurance Partners (HSIP) has acquired Badge Agency for an undisclosed price.

Badge Agency is a multi-line insurance agency, which was established in 1968 and based in Woodbury, New York.

The insurance agency is engaged in writing business, homeowners, automobile, life and health insurance.

Badge Agency is said to have expertise in catering to private schools, technology, manufacturing, and real estate clients.

Michael Ventura – Badge Agency president said: “We have built a wide range of strong relationships over the past 50 years, often servicing several generations of families as clients.

Michael Ventura will report to Jim Kerin, who is the Agency President of High Street Insurance Partners backed Millennium Alliance Group based in Melville, New York.

High Street Insurance Partners is an ExecFactor platform created in 2018 to build a full-service insurance brokerage business. It has so far made 19 acquisitions.
