Hub International acquires employee benefits adviser Alexander & Company

Hub International said that it has snapped up the assets of Alexander & Company, an employee benefits advisory firm for the public sector based in Woodstock, Georgia.

The financial terms of the deal were not revealed.

Since 1995, Alexander & Company has been involved mainly in public education systems. It is also said to have catered to a few city and county government clients.

Alexander & Company’s President and Founder Dale Alexander along with the company’s team will join Hub Gulf South.

Consulting firm MarshBerry represented Alexander & Company for the deal.
