Global insurance brokerage Hub International said that it has acquired the assets of Louisiana-based Shaver-Robichaux Agency for an undisclosed price.
Shaver-Robichaux Agency is an independent agency that offers commercial and personal insurance solutions such as home, health, auto, recreation, life, and others.
Shaun Norris — Hub Gulf South President said: “Shaver-Robichaux is a highly-regarded agency that will add great depth to our team.
“They will make our strong firm even stronger and deeper. We are very fortunate to have them join Hub.”
John Shaver, who is the Principal of Shaver-Robichaux Agency, and his entire team will be absorbed into Hub Gulf South.
John Shaver said: “Hub is a perfect fit for us, and we are excited to join a firm with such critical mass to better serve clients. We will accomplish a lot for our clients as a result of this partnership.”
