Hub Financial acquires Canada MGA group BridgeForce

Hub Financial has acquired Achievex Financial Services, W.C.S Financial Services, W.C.S. Achievex, Allen Wong & Associates Agency, BridgeForce Financial Group, Cinaber Financial, Ontario East Insurance Agency, and Joseph B. Woodyatt Insurance Agencies, together called BridgeForce Group and based in Ontario.

The acquisition was made by one of the affiliates of Hub Financial and the terms of the deal were not revealed.

According to Hub Financial, the BridgeForce Group firms are Canadian-owned and operated managing general agencies (MGAs).
