The Hotel JAL City Bangkok, which postponed its opening due to the COVID-19 pandemic, is now slated to commence operations on July 3rd, 2023.
The hotel, which will be the 16th under Japan’s well-known Hotel JAL City brand, is positioned on Sukhumvit Road in Bangkok’s Thonglor district, a bustling tourist and business area. Formerly known as “Hotel Verve Bangkok,” the property will now be rebranded as “Hotel JAL City Bangkok.”
The hotel is currently welcoming bookings and offering special introductory rates for its One Harmony Members, starting from THB 2,800++ for Standard Rooms. This includes complimentary breakfast for two people and applies to stays between July 3rd and September 30th, 2023, provided they are booked by August 31st, 2023.
Benefiting from its location next to Hotel Nikko Bangkok, the Hotel JAL City Bangkok is a mere three-minute walk from the Thonglor BTS Skytrain station. The area is known for its appeal to both locals and expats, hosting various business centers, restaurants, bars, community malls, and international hospitals. Notably, the hotel is also conveniently located near the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) and Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC).
The Hotel JAL City Bangkok boasts 324 chic guest rooms with each covering an average area of 28 square meters. These rooms are equipped with in-room TVs offering nine Japanese channels, bathrooms with bathtubs, and toilets with washlets. Larger, 56-square meter J-Residence rooms cater to long-stay guests and feature separate shower booths and toilets. For an additional fee, guests can also access the swimming pool at the nearby Hotel Nikko Bangkok.
The second-floor restaurant, S-SEN, will serve Asian, American, and Japanese breakfasts from 5:30 a.m. for the convenience of early departing guests. Additionally, the hotel will have three meeting rooms, collectively offering more than 300 square meters of space.
