Horwin introduces first e-motorcycle of Senmenti series at EICMA 2022

Horwin, a Chinese electric two-wheeler manufacturer, has unveiled the first e-motorcycle model Senmenti 0 of the Horwin Senmenti series.

Senmenti 0, a high-performance e-motorcycle, features new batteries, motors, bodies, assistance, and safety systems as well as sophisticated designs.

The e-motorcycle with a top speed of 200 km/h is rated at 300 km at an average speed of 88 km/h and adapts to the owner’s driving style, increasing energy efficiency.

The battery of the e-motorcycle vehicle can recharge from 0% to 80% in just 30 minutes at any rapid charging station (400 V) normally suitable for e-cars.

Senmenti 0 features a collision warning system, an ABS braking system, tire pressure sensors, and an anti-slip system.

Wendsor Zhou Wei — Horwin Founder and CEO said: “SENMENTI derives from the Chinese pronunciation of the word for ‘organism’.

“More than 30 sensors and cameras on the vehicle collect information in real time and thus increase safety.”

Senmenti 0 comes with mountain, starting and reversing assistance, rear air suspension, different driving modes, Keyless Go and a camera for automatic photo taking.

The e-motorcycle with heated seats and grips offers an enhanced driving experience and is suited for both city and cross-country trips.

Presented at the international two-wheeler trade fair EICMA 2022 in Milan, Italy, Senmenti 0 vehicle is anticipated to go on sale in mid-2023.

Horwin has also presented The Senmenti X concept e-motorcycle at the EICMA.

The Senmenti X concept is a self-balancing function developed to further improve riding safety.

EICMA (Esposizione Internazionale Ciclo Motociclo e Accessori), or the Milan Motorcycle Shows is an annual trade show in Milan, Italy.
