Horrifying disaster in Nagpur: Deadly explosion at solar explosive company leaves many dead and injured

In a shocking incident, at least nine people have died, and several others have been injured after a massive blast occurred at the Solar Explosive Company in Maharashtra’s Nagpur on Sunday. The explosive company, located in Bazargaon village of Nagpur, experienced a catastrophic explosion at its cast booster plant.

Workers Trapped and Injured:

According to officials, twelve workers were inside the unit when the blast took place. The injured in the blast have been rushed to the hospital, with some reported to be in critical condition. Reports indicate that several others might still be trapped inside the company, with all efforts being made to rescue them.

Statement from the Police:

Harsh Poddar, SP Nagpur Rural, stated, “Nine people died after there was a blast in the Solar Explosive Company in Bazargaon village of Nagpur. This blast happened at the time of packing in the cast booster plant in the Solar Explosive Company,” as quoted by news agency ANI.

Rescue Operation in Full Swing:

A police team was immediately dispatched to the blast site upon receiving information about the incident. The Nagpur district administration and police are currently carrying out a rescue operation.

Cause of the Blast and Growing Concerns:

The cause of the blast at the solar explosive company remains unclear. Following the blast, a large number of people gathered outside the company, heightening concerns about the incident’s impact. With the situation still unfolding, the death toll is feared to rise.
