Hinduja Global Solutions wraps up $59m acquisition of TekLink International

Hinduja Global Solutions Limited (HGS) has wrapped up the previously announced $ 58.8 million acquisition of TekLink International, an Illinois-based financial planning and analytics services provider.

The Indian digital consumer experience (CX), business process management (BPM), and digital media services provider announced the deal in December 2022.

TekLink International caters to over 60 customers across a variety of industries, including consumer goods retail, pharmaceuticals, distribution and manufacturing utilities, as well as high-tech.

Based in Warrenville, the financial planning and analytics services firm has offices across Europe as well as delivery centres located in Hyderabad and Indore in India.

The acquisition will enhance Hinduja Global Solutions’ digital solutions offering by adding capabilities in the development of data platforms including analytics and financial planning. It will also increase the digital workforce strength with 275 experienced technologists and implementers being added to the Indian firm.

Hinduja Global Solutions’ digital solutions team currently has over 700 core technology and marketing specialists, primarily in India and the US, who are said to be engaged in reimagining the customer experience for top brands.
