Hinduja Global Solutions opens HGS Colombia CX hub in Barranquilla

Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) said that it has opened HGS Colombia CX hub, a new multilingual customer experience (CX) hub in Colombia to support customers with English, Portuguese, and Spanish CX needs.

The new contact center location of the Indian IT service management company is in Barranquilla on Colombia’s northern coast.

Hinduja Global Solutions will look to recruit more than 150 employees locally for voice and non-voice multilingual service jobs in addition to corporate support roles by January 2023, and increase them going forward.

Clients in the logistics and consumer industries will be supported by HGS Colombia CX hub with the possibility of subsequently adding other clients.

Earlier this month, Hinduja Global Solutions completed the acquisition of the digital media business of NXTDIGITAL in India in a move to open up a direct-to-consumer practice.
