HCL Technologies launches X digital engagement platform for consumer brands
HCL Technologies has launched a digital engagement platform called X by HCL Technologies to help brands enhance consumer loyalty and drive conversions via customized omnichannel marketing.
The X digital engagement platform is said to unite various digital touchpoints, including mobile apps, websites, and social media feeds for creating a single view of the consumer. This aids marketers in accessing data-driven insights that let them streamline the customer experience and realize the potential of their brand.
HCL Technologies said that it had initially developed the platform for customer engagement to support Manchester United’s growing digital engagement channels. X by HCL Technologies is now available for other global brands to deliver tailored, prompt communications, and content to boost customer loyalty.
