ParTech (PAR), a point of sale (POS) software and technical solutions provider to the restaurant and retail sectors, forged a new partnership with Grubhub, an online and mobile food ordering and delivery marketplace.
By integrating Grubhub’s API with the cloud-based Brink POS software of ParTech enables Brink clients is said to provide a seamless ordering experience with improved accuracy in delivery and pickup times, less menu item and price discrepancies, quicker setup times, and reduced costs.
Stephen Lee – ParTech Manager of Strategic Partnerships said: “We are pleased that PAR is now able to place integrated marketplace orders from Grubhub directly into the Brink POS solution. PAR strives to provide our customers with the top solutions available and believe this will build a more efficient process for all around.”
ParTech claimed that Brink’s restaurant partners can now reach Grubhub’s large diner base effectively, needing less tablets for restaurant team members to handle, and optimize operations for in-store and also back-of-house. The company said that eventually, the integration offers an optimal experience for diners by accurately delivering their food and as fresh and hot as possible.
