GPT Infraprojects sells Superfine Vanijya to Dinesh Management Services
GPT Infraprojects Limited, the flagship company of the GPT Group, said that it has divested its fully-owned subsidiary – Superfine Vanijya Private Limited to Dinesh Management Services Limited for INR 1.65 crore.
The deal is not a related party transaction, said GPT Infraprojects, which is engaged in the execution of civil and infrastructure projects.
Superfine Vanijya is a Kolkata-based manufacturer of synthetic resins.

The turnover of Superfine Vanijya as of 31 March 2021 was INR 8.39 lakhs, which is 0.01% of the consolidated income of GPT Infraprojects. The net worth of the synthetic resins manufacturer as of 31 March 2021 was INR 165 lakhs, which is 0.68% of GPT Infraprojects’ consolidated net worth.
