SingPost’s participation in the AI Trailblazers initiative led to the development of an AI solution to streamline its eCommerce logistics operations. Democratizing Gen AI Tools Across SingPost

SingPost is replacing legacy tools with Duet AI in Google Workspace, enabling employees to work more efficiently with embedded AI in applications like Gmail, Drive, Docs, and more. This integration allows for rapid application development by citizen developers, further fostering a culture of digital innovation.
