According to Foresight, the Spanish wind portfolio benefits additionally from ongoing operational management services offered by wpd windmanager, a fully-owned subsidiary of wpd.

Revenues of the two Spanish wind farms are supported by a 10-year, fixed-price power purchasing agreement with Statkraft. Further revenue protection is said to come from participation in the Spanish tender rounds two and three of the Spanish support scheme for renewable energy.

We plan to secure independent EU Taxonomy verification for this portfolio which will make a visible contribution to the EU’s goal of Net Zero by 2050.”
