Firstsource Solutions launches Firstsource Healthcare Cloud platform in US

Firstsource Solutions Limited, a business process management (BPM) services provider, has launched a new platform called Firstsource Healthcare Cloud for supporting all the healthcare products in the US with expanded access, flexibility and security capabilities.

The RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group company said that the initial launch of the platform will include all the US revenue cycle management and patient financial services products. Firstsource Solutions added that its payer-oriented solutions will shortly follow them.

Furthermore, the new cloud-native platform will help healthcare clients in the US to utilize the complete scope of the company’s capabilities to improve consumer engagement and loyalty while boosting operational efficiency and financial performance.

Firstsource Healthcare Cloud is claimed to revolutionize the manner in which providers deliver financial services by simplifying the patient financial experience drastically.
